At the heart of Round Hill is a love of reading. We believe all children should have the opportunity to access a range of books and genres. All children should be given the opportunity to read things that interest them and capture their imaginations! 

Across the school, we make time for reading for pleasure. This is during Read and Relax times or quiet reading time during the day. We also make use of the local Beeston library that we visit on a rota basis. 

As a staff, we also want to share our own love of reading with the children. This has been shown during the Masked Reader Competition, which can be found on Class Dojo.
