Permission to Walk Home Form

Children in Years 5 and 6 are allowed to walk home alone if given permission by their parents.

If you would like your child to be able to walk home alone from school for one day or various days of the week, please click on the following link and complete the form.

Details from this Form will be shared on your child’s records, and can be viewed by anyone who will dismiss your child at the end of the school day.

If you wish to change any of the days your child will walk home alone then we ask that you please complete another new form with changes.

Mobile Phone Policy Agreement Form

In very exceptional circumstances we give permission for children to bring a mobile phone into school, following strict conditions.  If you would like your child to bring a mobile phone to school please read the Mobile Phone Policy Agreement and complete the Form.
